Lakshmi Machine Works is a listed textile-machinery manufacturer, and the process this replaced ran on manual paperwork: the kind of internal workflow that stays invisible on a balance sheet until someone totals the hours it consumes.
02 · what i built
An internal tool automating the process end to end, plus the supporting infrastructure, so the paperwork step disappeared rather than moving to a screen.

Cut the client’s annual costs by roughly $60,000 in manual paperwork.
