I work at FlutterFlow as an Enterprise Customer Success Engineer, one of the first hires into the enterprise side of the business. In practice I own the technical relationship with enterprise accounts across APAC and SEA end to end: the onboarding, the integrations into whatever Firebase, Dynatrace, Okta or WebLogic estate they already run, the architecture reviews, and the P0 call when something breaks.
It is about half engineering and half teaching. I have run around 35 technical workshops for more than 1,500 engineers, built 40-odd reusable solution patterns so the same problem does not get solved from scratch twice, and sat on 150+ pre-sales proofs of concept working out whether what a team wants is actually feasible. The other half of the job points inward: roughly 120 feature requests carried from customers into the roadmap, plus direct commits to the codebase, the wiki and the knowledge hub for the core platform, for Dreamflow (an agentic app builder) and for the design tooling.
The thread through all of it is the same. A platform is only worth what the teams adopting it can actually ship, and most of the distance between those two things is technical: an integration nobody documented, an architecture that will not survive the load, a concept the docs explain badly.
02 · how i got here
I started taking client work in 2016, while I was still doing my B.Tech in Information Technology at Loyola-ICAM in Chennai: 20-odd websites, landing pages and small web apps for clients mostly around Tamil Nadu. That led to a blockchain internship at Agira Technologies, where I tested a crypto marketplace playground and wrote an NLP bot that scraped Reddit and Twitter to track sentiment and pick up alt-coin trends.
Then came Protorix, a Chennai app studio, where I spent nearly four years and left as CTO. I made the studio's cross-platform technology bet and we shipped 15+ production applications on it for clients in the United States, South Africa, Singapore and beyond: a booking portal for the Singapore Government that took 350,000 bookings in its launch week, a tutor app for one of the largest Tamil learning platforms, and an automation tool that took roughly $60,000 a year of paperwork off an NSE-listed manufacturer.

I keep shipping my own things. Before that I ran a YouTube channel teaching conceptual app design to 2,500 subscribers, and I have been publishing developer education on Instagram since 2020.
