01 · the problem
iLearnTamil teaches Tamil through English, which makes it reachable for the diaspora and for learners with no prior exposure to the script. The platform runs a teaching staff drawn from across Tamil Nadu and covers the Singaporean PSLE Tamil syllabus at both primary and secondary level. The product had to serve paying students on a real curriculum, across children and adults, not casual language dabblers.
02 · what i built
A cross-platform app delivering the video lessons and course structure, built to hold separate tracks for conversational Tamil and for formal reading and writing, with separate material for children and adults.
03 · what happened
Helped onboard more than 2,000 paid students.
